Round Table is actively involved in raising money and helping the community.
Most of the projects by Round Table Internationally focus on helping young children either by educating them or by providing Schools and Health care. Projects can be international or national or projects of just one club.
Following the catastrophic earthquakes and subsequent tsunami of 26th December 2004, all the Round Tables of the World united in helping the affected areas. Their prime scope was firstly to raise funds and to send items of first need and then to rebuild schools. Following the catastrophic earthquake in L'Aquila Italy, Round Table respondent in the some way raising money to help the community.
Round Table Projects concentrate mainly in helping children around the world, both as far as their schooling needs or their health. Some of the Round Table Projects are:

Raising money and building schools in the developing countries. Also helping people with special needs.

Twinning Project with countries in the developing world with the aim in schooling, healthcare and hunger precaution.

The Round Table Children’s Wish charity. The scope of this charity is to grant wishes to children under the age of 17 who have life-threatening illnesses. A wish can be to meet someone special, to do something special, to go somewhere special or to have something special - in fact, whatever is important to the child. The main criteria are that the child's illness must be life-threatening, the wish must be truly the child's own, and it must be granted whilst the child is well enough to fully enjoy it.

The Life Education Centres. The main scopes are contributing to life-skills and health education programmes utilising models of best practice Educating children about the effects and risks associated with the use of drugs, including alcohol and tobacco and working with and supporting parents, carers, teachers and others in the community in communicating healthy life-styles messages effectively

The Week of Healing, where clubs in the developing world offer free surgical intervention to the needy members of their society at District Hospitals. Millions have been spent on support to various home, centres and community service initiatives and individuals over the years.
